What is a PAMM Account
The PAMM system (Percentage Allocation Management Module) is a special set of Forex trading accounts used by traders to manage their own funds and joint capital of investors (other traders). … At the end of a trading period, the profit made in the PAMM account is distributed among the investors of the account. Similar to the MAM, the PAMM system is a copy trading set-up that enables copy or mirror trading activities.
The PAMM Master Account balance represents the total amount of all clients' deposits. To ensure the security of investors' funds, client deposits remain in their own trading accounts; the manager does not have access to these accounts and therefore cannot make any withdrawals. The individual investors are the only ones who are able to make deposits & withdrawals to/from these managed accounts.
